~ More Details ~

-An hour session generally yields between 100-200 images. We will retouch and enhance your favorite 10 images in Photoshop. After 10 images, we charge an additional $25/image due to the time it takes to retouch each image. Occasionally, we will retouch a few of our own personal favorite images from your session for no additional cost depending on our time constrictions.

-Your images will be posted in a locked gallery for you to share with friends and family. While viewing the online gallery, you will be able to download the photos in high resolution to your computer. You are not required to order prints though us, however, there is still the option of ordering prints for a very reasonable price though MPix while viewing your photos in the gallery.

-Maternity- Rate and time is the same as the family session. Sessions are usually scheduled anytime from 28-36 weeks depending on your comfort level and availability. Some mama’s prefer to have their photos taken early in the third trimester before they get too round and uncomfortable.

-Newborns- Generally newborns are photographed within the first 2 weeks (and preferably the first week) after birth and in the comfort of your home. I have a mini studio I can set up where ever there is good lighting. However, if you want to shoot on location, we can definitely find a serene location.

-Family Sessions, and the majority of photo shoots, are at the location of your choice. I am based in South Carlsbad and there is an additional travel fee 25 miles outside this area. We will spend the session playing and trying to get you and your children’s personalities to shine.

-Family Reunion Sessions – We have noticed that a photo shoot with over 8 people need a little extra time to make sure we get all the different combinations of shots needed.

-I suggest bringing a change of clothes for children and layers so we can get different looks during our time together. Sometimes it’s nice to dress simple in solid, coordinating colors. On the other hand, bright colors and textures, tutus and bows for girls, hats and ties for boys are always fun. This is your portrait, so your style is what’s important. Props like stools, baskets, blankets, frames and chalkboards make your photos unique and help capture little personalities.

-I will most likely select a few images from our photo shoot for marketing purposes and post them on my website and Facebook Fan page. Social media is our friend, so feel free to post, tag, like, and share everything! If you are not comfortable having your images displayed, let me know, and I will keep them private.
